The mass air-fuel ratio of natural gas combustion is 16.7, and that of gasoline combustion is 14.9. When they share the same intake channel and combustion system, the amount of air required for combustion is different due to the different air-fuel ratio, while the cross-sectional area of the air channel remains the same. The ratio of gas to air in the mixer can be adjusted only by changing the cross-sectional area of the gas channel. The power valve installed on the low pressure exhaust pipe of the three-stage pressure reducing valve is used to adjust the cross-sectional area of the natural gas intake channel to meet the air fuel ratio required by fuel and gas respectively. Adjusting the depth of the screw can change the cross-sectional area of the intake channel. When the engine exhaust gas analyzer tests the maximum torque, the CO content in the exhaust gas emission is generally 1.0% ~ 1.6%. After a series of pressure reduction adjustment of high pressure natural gas, when the engine is running, the low pressure natural gas in the pressure reducing valve is sucked into the cylinder by the vacuum degree generated by the mixer throat to provide different concentrations of combustible mixture for various working conditions.
