The working principle of Hydraulic High Pressure Sensor is that the pressure directly acts on the diaphragm of the sensor, so that the diaphragm produces a micro displacement proportional to the medium pressure, so that the resistance of the sensor changes, the electronic circuit detects this change, and converts the output standard signal corresponding to the pressure. As the liquid medium flows through the integrated sensor, the fluid pressure acts on the stainless steel mounted on the sensor housing and is then transferred through the sealed silicone oil to the diffused silicon diaphragm, while the reference end pressure acts on the opposite side of the diaphragm. In this way, the pressure difference between the two sides of the diaphragm creates stress, causing one side of the diaphragm to compress and the other side to stretch. One pair of strain gauges is located in the compression region and the other pair is located in the tensile region. The two pairs of strain gauges are connected into a full dynamic bridge to increase the output signal. The bridge adopts constant current power supply to reduce the influence of ambient temperature.
