The advantages of high pressure common rail are: using the high pressure in the common rail cavity for direct injection, can eliminate the pressurization mechanism in the fuel injector;  In the case of continuous high pressure in the common rail cavity, the high pressure oil pump needs much less driving torque than the traditional oil pump.  The high pressure oil pump pressure regulating solenoid valve can flexibly adjust the hydraulic pressure in the common rail according to the engine load, economy and emission requirements, especially can optimize the low speed performance of the engine.  At the same time, the solenoid valve on the injector can also control the injection timing, injection oil quantity and injection speed, and flexibly adjust the injection oil quantity of pre-injection and post-injection under different working conditions and main injection interval time.  The fuel supply pump puts the fuel pump into the suction of the high pressure oil pump, and the high pressure oil pump driven by the engine lifts the fuel into the common rail chamber, and uses the electromagnetic valve to control the ejector of each cylinder to inject the fuel at the appropriate time.  Pre-injection is to inject a small amount of fuel into the cylinder before the main injection to cause premixed or partial combustion and shorten the delay time of main injection combustion.  Specializing in the manufacture of Urea Pressure Sensor, common rail Pressure Transmitter, Hydraulic High Pressure Sensor, injection molding machine special pressure transmitter, water purifier pressure transmitter, etc.
