Basic knowledge of pressure controller

Many pressure controllers are used in the refrigeration system, and the pressure is controlled by the tenth of the contact. There are mainly high -pressure pressure controllers, low pressure pressure controllers, high and low pressure pressure controllers, pressure difference controllers, and hydraulic protection pressure controllers.

1. Pressure Controller classification
The pressure controller is divided into high -pressure controller, low -pressure controller, and high and low pressure controller.
(1) High -pressure controller
When the system's high -voltage side pressure rises to the set limit value, disconnects the power supply of the compressor and stops and alarm. High -pressure controller is only used for protection and does not have automatic resetting functions. The reason is that the protection of the high -pressure controller is suspended, indicating that the system fails, and the failure must be discharged first and manually reset to run again.
(2) Low pressure controller
1) For low -pressure protection, when the system's low -pressure side pressure is reduced to the set lower limit, the power supply of the compressor is disconnected, and the alarm is stopped.
2) Dual -position controller that can be used as energy regulation, control the compressor or fan according to the inhalation pressure. Low -pressure controller with an automatic reset mechanism. When the low pressure side pressure rises to the set limit value, the controller can be automatically connected.
(3) High and low pressure controller
The low -pressure controller and high -voltage controller are integrated. The two electric switches of the controller are connected.

2. Pressure controller working principle
The action principle of the pressure controller is basically the same. The pressure detection agency is detected and the control is completed through the execution agency. After pressure, the ripple tube generates telescopic deformation, drives the swing movement movement, and then use the swing to mobilize the contacts and disconnect to achieve the control of the pressure.

3. The main function of the pressure controller
There are two main functions of the pressure controller: ① protection (or safety) function: limit pressure, the system pressure is too low or too high to cut off the power; ② control function: compressor circulation, fan circulation and emptiness.
